BOOKING & PAYMENT

Event photo purchases are completed through the online gallery after the event. Private photography sessions are confirmed once scheduling has been agreed upon by both parties.

REFUNDS & EVENT CHANGES

Event photo purchases are non-refundable. If an event is canceled, significantly changed, or a private session must be postponed due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling, credit, or refund options may be offered at the discretion of Horsepower Visuals.

COVERAGE

Photography coverage depends on access, weather, lighting, schedules, venue restrictions, and event conditions. While every reasonable effort will be made to capture participants, specific images, poses, classes, rides, runs, horses, vehicles, or moments cannot be guaranteed.

SESSION SAFETY

The safety and control of horses, riders, handlers, spectators, and animals remain the responsibility of the client. Horsepower Visuals reserves the right to stop or reschedule a session if conditions become unsafe.

DELIVERY

Edited galleries are typically delivered within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on event size, seasonal workload, and scheduling demands.

RAW / UNEDITED FILES

RAW or unedited image files are not included with any package and will not be provided unless specifically agreed to in writing.

IMAGE USE

Images are provided for personal use and social media sharing unless otherwise agreed upon. Images may not be sold, redistributed, altered, heavily edited, filtered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

COPYRIGHT

Horsepower Visuals retains copyright to all photographs and reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to delivery.
